to Support-Ed, where you choose the right training to support your staff in developing their behaviour management skills. There has always been learners who present problems in the classroom, but with current legislation schools and colleges are finding themselves under increasing pressure to meet the needs of children and young people who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Learners with Learning Difficulties
and /or Disabilities (LLDD), many of whom present behaviours that disrupt the classroom and challenge the teachers and support staff. Support-Ed was founded to help!

Feel Support-Ed
Whole service approaches, where the trainees feel proactive that they are developing the tools to make changes. This will include observation training and resources, analysis of behaviour, individualised strategies and behaviour plans to enable positive steps to be taken.

Stay Support-Ed
Ongoing 'check ins', where relationships have extended support, in addition staff are able to access a secure forum for discussion and networking. On going 'check ins' will also give opportunity for the trainer to gain feedback and discuss results.
